Sebastian Rockstroh

I was born in 1965 in Windhoek, the capital of Namibia and have lived in Cape Town, Brussels, Ghent, Glasgow and on the shores of Lake Constance. Having moved constantly between continents, countries, languages and cultures, I am now happily settled in the beautiful area of Münstertal in the Black Forest.

I began my career in media management. I then worked for a number of top global companies in the printing industry in a variety of positions: as an advisor on production processes, a training manager, a manager in investment goods sales and finally as a sales director for the EMEA region. My focus has always been not just on improving the bottom line but also on identifying and nurturing the potential of my staff.

The experience I have gained from obtaining a wide range of qualifications – sales diploma, certified coach, trainer, master practitioner of hypnosis, kinesiologist and psychotherapist – enables me to provide professional support to you and/or your business.

In a sense I have come full circle: I now combine a broad commercial background with an understanding and appreciation of the power of enabling people to reach their full potential in their personal and working lives.
